If you have lived as much as i have you by now know alot of things happen as you grow.If you talk to people or socialise with them,they will mess you up or disspoint you.You are also bound to mess some people up and you will dissappoint others.
  When this happens dont stop living your life.Continue talking with others,walk around dont stop doing any of the things you were doing because you afrid of meeting people who dissappointed you or you dissappointed.
     This things happen in life and you cant let them get you.Stand up move on dont cry about it

 Monday morning walking down the streets of world wide web i come across psychologists who give me tips on how to manipulate people in social situations or socially awkward situations.
1. Whenever someone is angry and confrontational, stand next to them instead of in front of them. You won’t appear as so much of a threat, and they eventually calm down.If they dont run.

2. Open with “I need your help.” People don’t like the guilt of not helping someone out. When asking for a favor from someone, begin your request by saying “I need your help.” It greatly increases your chances of getting that favor done. 

 

 3. Rephrase what the other person says and repeat it back to them. This makes them think you’re listening and really interested in what they’re saying. It makes them feel validated. Obviously, you don’t want to overdo this.It may end up awkward.

4. If you want someone to agree with you, nod while you talk.This gets the other person to nod too, and they begin to subconsciously think they agree with you.

 

 

5. If someone doesn’t like you, ask to borrow a pencil. It is a small enough favor that they won’t say no, and it gets them to like you more.

1)   Independency

A girl who is emotionally stable, has an opinion and is financially independent happened to be the most eligible spinster. She should have her own life; a career, friends and interests. Getting stuck to a clingy person can be really draining. The lass should let her guy spend quality time with his associates, pursue his interests and not tag her wherever he goes.

Since we live in tough economic times a lady shouldn’t off load all her financial obligations to the dude. Learn to accept and cherish everything about yourself, whether it’s your skin colour, body size, height, cleavage or even eyes. If you are not suffering from any hair ailment or undergoing cancer treatment please avoid weaves and wigs like plague. I’m an ardent hater of fake hair. I find them obnoxious; my insides cringe at the sight of a weave. Although natural hair is tedious and expensive maintain but it oozes out beauty, health and fertility. A lady who goes an extra mile to take good care of her natural hair portrays ability to take even better care of her own family. Cheap low-end weaves are an eye sore in fact they should be declared illicit and anyone found in possession is thrown into prison without a trial. Stroking that patch of phony hair can be such a traumatizing experience for anyone. If I meet a lady for the first time and she is spotting a weave I immediately strike her off my list of potential dates.

4)    Loyalty

All successful men find it difficult when it comes to choosing the right partner. Since wealth is a great aphrodisiac, any guy who has amassed a sizeable fortune is afraid that the girl he is dating might only be interested in his property. He will always be worried that if he goes broke she would immediately jump ship and go for another man. Even though he may be the worst comedian ever, Its nice to appreciate when he tries to cheer you up. However silly his tales might be, the trace of a smile on your lips would greatly encourage the poor bloke.

She struts around with a serious demeanor .There was a time she was complaining that guys hardly approach her. As the cliché goes, “the quickest way to man’s heart is through the stomach.” you don’t need to have the culinary skills of an Italian chef or a secret recipe to achieve this. Learn how to make a few dishes; hata kama ni chapo madondo tu. Most guys can attest to this, a lady who cannot make a decent meal does not pass for a ‘wife material’. Keep in mind that dipping some instant noodles into hot water which become edible in less than three minutes does not pass for cooking at all!

A few years ago I used to have these lady friends who loved partying hard. Drinking hard liquor, smoking a couple of cigarettes and doing drugs was order of the day.  A few days ago I bumped into one of them in town; I was shocked to say the least. You would think she is in her late thirties when in reality she is only 22 years old!  Dear ladies, if you have to take alcohol or do drugs please do it with moderation lest you end up looking like a scare crow!

A lady who can sing, paint, dance, play an instrument or perform any other form of art is such a great turn on. It makes her special, connected to something greater and also feed my fantasy that I’ll get a pretty little daughter who can sing and draw.

I’m the kind of guy who easily gets bored so dating a girl who is so predictable, without drama and conservative is quite intricate. A lady who isn’t afraid to explore the world, pursue her passions, have fun, wild and adventurous is simply refreshing to date. Having someone you can go from watching a football match with to rock climbing is epic!

If there is something most girls are so poor at then it’s how to express themselves out. Guys are not mind readers; if he does something you don’t like please let him know forthright. It’s completely unfair for you to be so mean, expecting him to realize his mistake and apologize on his own. FOOTBALL FEVER #3 Cecafa & world cup trophy

    In full cecafa means "Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations"(thank you Google)it's a competition for East & Central African countries and its starting today here in Nairobi.That's amazing.
   Why CECAFA?mainly is because Chelsie,Barcelona & Celtic were thrashed last night in the champions league and that's awesome. Kenya . is hosting the event and our first match is today against Ethiopia.As usual
we are hoping our team will not disappoint as i mean lets be honest we have no faith in our national team.Last event we lost to Uganda in the finals and that hurt because they scored in the dying minutes of the game.That was heartbreaking.
    And tomorrow FIFA trophy will be in Nairobi...thanks coke.
 
   And today Man United is playing against  Bayer Leverkusen

RADIO & RADIO SHOWS

   

 We have a lot of songs on our phones but we usually just listen to the a few or even one or two daily but we still find it hard to  delete them.So some of us listen to a lot of radio.We all have our favorite stations and our favorite shows we cant miss or try not to miss them.
     Over the years the radio industry has grown tremendously,it started with one,now we got like a million more(started from the bottom now we here) which cater for all types of people who have different entertainment needs.Gone are the days when you would go to radio to listen to people talk official English and Swahili.This days their are stations for almost all languages even our mother tongues.Nowadays radios are so interactive that its fun to listen to..You can actually call,tweet,text etc thanks to technology.Listeners to various shows say they are happy with the modern radio's because most actually let the listeners choose what they want to listen to and this pretty amazing.I spoke with someone of the the other generation and he said radio back then was not as fun as it is now mainly because whatever came on air was being decided by the government/people in charge of that department which means if the people were looser's with no taste in music you just have to listen to the shitty music and programme's.
     I can say the best shows on radio are the breakfast shows and the home drive show.This shows are where the funniest people are on.Stupid conversations are the order of the day which just make people laugh to work and this such a good thing it makes you forget you are going to work and they are good to help you beat the morning and evening traffic on our roads.
    I have an issue with some radio stations,this is where they FAIL!!You will find a radio show plays one song like three times in the show,this is really annoying.You might argue that a song is a hit,but that does not mean you play it a million times for us to know worst is if the play the same song throughout the day and that's bad...Expand your playlist people it would not hurt you know
